About Erin & Paul

Erin & Paul Pearson were both born and raised in Texas and met at Wake Forest University. They began their real estate careers in North Carolina in 2003 before moving to Austin to found a boutique real estate brokerage which they operate to this day. With more than 1,000 closed transactions and over 40 years of combined experience, the Pearsons bring decades of accumulated knowledge and skill to the Slifer team in Steamboat. Meet Erin: Erin grew up in Austin and has always been passionate about serving people. In real estate she found a calling that allowed her to bless people with her gifts while building long-lasting relationships. Erin excels at details and solving problems. Her extensive experience selling luxury homes, with all the additional service and marketing these properties require, sets her apart. Erin's work ethic and genuine desire to serve has helped her build a business based almost exclusively on referrals and repeat clients. She is thrilled to serve newcomers and longtime residents alike here in Yampa Valley. When she's not working Erin loves spending quality time with family and friends, volunteering in the community, and going on outdoor adventures with Paul, their two sons and their springer spaniel!  

Meet Paul: Having grown up on the Gulf Coast in South Texas surrounded by huge ranches, Paul has always felt a deep connection with land, water, ecosystems and wildlife. He has funneled this passion into helping his clients buy and sell ranches and second homes in amazing natural environments. Paul believes these types of properties help build not only financial but relational equity and memories that last generations. With nearly 25 years serving clients and mentoring other agents Paul has the experience and skill to navigate even the most challenging sales. When he first arrived in Steamboat Paul knew he would never have to "sell" this place but simply explain why he truly believes it's the best mountain town in the US! When he is not working you will find Paul outside with his family and friends--fly fishing, snowboarding, playing soccer or exploring new trails!
